Right of withdrawal and warranty

REFUSAL RIGHTS

You have the right to return the product purchased in the online store within 14 days.

The product packaging and the product itself must not be damaged. In case of damaged product or its packaging, the product is not accepted for return.

In case of exercise of the right of refusal, the consumer bears the costs related to the return of the product.

Please note that beba.lv does not take responsibility for the product sent by mail or courier, as it is not possible to record possible visual or transportation damage of the product, as well as the contents of the package, in the presence of both parties at the time of acceptance.

WARRANTY

1. The warranty is applied upon presentation of the damaged product, a receipt or delivery note, a warranty card (if the manufacturer or distributor has included one in the product package) and the original packaging. Only clean items are accepted for warranty service.
2. The manufacturer's factory warranty is provided for the goods offered in the beba.lv online store.
3. The manufacturer's warranty period for goods is different, it can be up to five years.
4. Information about the manufacturer's warranty period for the specific product can be found in the instructions or it is possible to ask the www.beba.lv customer consultant.
5. For legal entities other than the Consumer, only the warranty period determined by the Manufacturer is provided.
6. The right to submit a claim is valid if the product was used only in the intended conditions and only in the household.
7. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty are not valid against damage caused by the fault (negligence) of the buyer or user, and they are:
7.1. the product has not been used correctly for its intended purposes and has not been operated as specified in the product's instructions for use;
7.2. mechanical damage, shocks, scratches, broken structures, cracked screen, water poured in places not intended for it, product maintained by incorrect means, if extraneous objects are found in the product;
7.3. if the damage occurred due to household and external factors, for example, under the influence of sun, rain, snow, soot, smoke, dust, moisture, insects have been allowed to enter the interior of the products or any other traces that indicate improper use of the product;
7.4. if traces of unqualified repair are visible, inappropriate spare parts have been used and, in addition, this has also caused damage to this product;
7.5. in cases of natural wear and tear of elements;
7.6. the warranty does not apply to batteries, product accessories or parts, such as brushes, bulbs, fuses; parts of glass, paper; plastic parts that can be moved by hand, the wear and tear of which is a normal phenomenon, for accessories included in the product package (power supply elements, antenna, remote control, etc.);
7.7. the warranty does not apply if damage has occurred as a result of improper storage or transportation of the product, if the customer has not met the requirements mentioned in the user manual or has used it for professional purposes, as well as if the fact of incorrect connection or installation is detected;
7.8. damage caused by natural disasters, lightning or fire;
7.9. The warranty terms also do not provide for cleaning the mechanisms. This type of service is provided at the customer's request and must be paid for separately.

We remind you that within 24 months from the day of delivery of the product, consumers have the legal right to file a claim for a product that does not meet the terms of the contract.
