How and when will my items be delivered?

Free delivery from 40 EUR.

Pickup in store: 1-3 business days | free

Omniva and DPD parcels: 1-3 working days | 3 EUR if the amount is less than 40 EUR.

Courier: 1-3 working days | 7 EUR if the amount of the shipment is less than 40 EUR.

How will I receive goods that cannot be placed in a DPD or Omniva parcel?

We will deliver them by courier if the order amount is greater than 40 EUR - free of charge.

PAYMENTS

How can I pay for a purchase in the beba online store?

To pay for a purchase in the beba online store, you can use one of the following payment methods:

1. Payment card | internet bank - Klix;

2. Upon receiving the order in the store;

3. By bank transfer.

What if my payment is declined?

In cases where the payment is rejected for unknown reasons, we recommend that you try another payment method, but if it is not available, please contact us by e-mail info@beba.lv. Payment may not be accepted in cases where incorrect payment information is entered or when there are insufficient funds in the account to make the payment.

What should I do if I need to place an order with details?

Send us your details to info@beba.lv, then we will issue an invoice.

RETURN

Can I return my purchased items?

You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order, by sending them by mail, parcel post, courier or by returning them to the store at Pils street 8, Tukuma. The goods must be unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will return the money after receiving the goods. More information about returns HERE .

Is it possible to return a discount item?

When returning the product, you will receive the full amount that you originally paid for the product.

Is it possible to exchange goods?

The product purchased in the online store can be exchanged if the product is in its original packaging and has no signs of damage or use. Contact us within 14 days. Before exchanging goods, the goods to be exchanged must be delivered to our store.

Are the products available in the online store available in the store in Tukum?

Most items are available in-store as long as the item is marked for pre-order. Also, you can buy all Maxi Cosi products only in our online store.

Do you have gift cards available?

It is possible to buy a gift card on the spot in the store at Pils street 8, Tukuma for any amount. The gift card will be valid for the purchase of goods on the spot in the store.
