Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return goods bought in our online store within 14 days. You can notify us of your withdrawal using the online form "Withdraw from contract" or by completing the withdrawal form below and sending it to info@beba.lv.

The product and its packaging must not be damaged. If the product or its packaging is damaged, the product will not be accepted for return.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer bears the costs of returning the goods.

Please note that beba.lv does not accept responsibility for goods sent by post or via parcel locker, as it is not possible for both parties to jointly record any visual or transport damage or the contents of the package at the moment of acceptance.

How to return a product

  1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product – via the online form or by e-mail to info@beba.lv.
  2. Before sending the product, contact us (info@beba.lv or +371 26117101) – we will tell you which parcel locker to send it to.
  3. You can also send the product to any Venipak, Omniva, Latvijas Pasts or DPD parcel locker at Rimi Mārupe. Recipient: SIA REIFY, phone +371 26117101.
  4. Send the product no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  5. We will refund you no later than within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Warranty

  1. The warranty applies upon presentation of the defective product, proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation), the warranty card (if included by the manufacturer or distributor) and the original packaging. Only clean products are accepted for warranty service.
  2. Products offered at beba.lv are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  3. The manufacturer's warranty period varies by product and may be up to five years.
  4. Information about the warranty period for a specific product can be found in its instructions or by writing to info@beba.lv.
  5. Legal entities that are not consumers receive only the warranty period set by the manufacturer.
  6. The right to submit a claim applies if the product was used only under the intended conditions and only in a household.
  7. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused by the fault (carelessness) of the buyer or user, namely:
    1. the product was not used correctly for its intended purpose or as stated in the instructions for use (including disregarding the indicated age of the child);
    2. mechanical damage, impacts, scratches, broken structures, water in places not intended for it, care with unsuitable products, foreign objects found in the product;
    3. damage caused by household and external factors such as sun, rain, snow, soot, smoke, dust, moisture, or other traces of improper use;
    4. traces of unqualified repair or unsuitable spare parts that have caused damage to the product;
    5. natural wear and tear of components;
    6. the warranty does not apply to batteries, accessories or parts whose wear is normal, or to accessories included in the product set;
    7. damage resulting from improper storage or transport, failure to follow the instructions for use, or professional use;
    8. damage caused by natural disasters, lightning or fire.

We remind you that consumers have the statutory right to submit a claim regarding goods not conforming to the contract within 24 months from the date of delivery.

General information on exercising the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods. If the last day falls on an official public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day (inclusive).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us – SIA REIFY, e-mail info@beba.lv – of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. via the online form or by e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form above, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods to the parcel locker indicated by us (or to any Venipak, Omniva, Latvijas Pasts or DPD parcel locker at Rimi Mārupe, recipient SIA REIFY, phone +371 26117101) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where provided by law, including where the consumer has unsealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; the goods are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; the goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; the goods, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

The seller processes the data provided by the buyer (including name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail and other data stated in the contract) for the purposes of concluding and performing the contract and complying with legal requirements.
