Effective from 21 October 2026
1. Definitions
Company – SIA REIFY, registration No. 40203128203, VAT No. LV40203128203, legal address Smilšu iela 38-22, Tukums, Tukuma nov., LV-3101, Republic of Latvia, e-mail: info@beba.lv, phone +371 26117101.
Online Store – the website www.beba.lv maintained by the Company, where Goods can be purchased.
Terms – this distance contract and the Online Store (e-shop) terms of use.
Buyer – a legal entity or an adult natural person who wishes to purchase or has purchased Goods.
Goods – any goods offered in the Online Store that the Buyer can order and purchase.
2. General provisions
- The Terms govern the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Company regarding the Goods and their delivery. The Terms are also deemed a distance contract between the Buyer and the Company as the seller.
- Placing a purchase or order confirms the Buyer's acceptance of these Terms.
- The Company operates exclusively as an online store – it has no physical retail location where Goods could be viewed, purchased or collected. Goods are delivered to parcel lockers only.
- The Buyer must provide true and complete personal data, contact information and means of payment. The Buyer must immediately inform the Company if an error is noticed in the data provided or if the data have changed. The Buyer is responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incorrect data provided to the Company.
- The Buyer is responsible for placing the order accurately and correctly, specifying the required Goods, their quantity and specification (where options are available).
3. Offer of Goods and ordering
- Information about the Goods and their price is shown in the Online Store next to each item. Prices of Goods and delivery are those valid at the time of ordering. The Company may at any time change the range of Goods, the offer and the prices at its own discretion; changes do not apply to orders already placed and paid.
- Product information and images are provided for information purposes to improve the shopping experience. The appearance of the Goods may differ from the images (in particular due to colour rendering and the illustrative nature of images), and the Goods may come in different packaging.
- Product information and conditions of use stated in the product documentation (or on the packaging) take precedence over information shown in the Online Store for information purposes. Before using the Goods, please read the information and conditions of use supplied with them.
- Prices are stated in euro (EUR) and include value added tax. All payments for Goods are made in euro (EUR).
- The Company strives to ensure that prices are always displayed accurately but cannot guarantee that the prices displayed at the time of ordering will always be the correct prices in force at that moment.
- Delivery costs are stated separately from the price of the Goods. Delivery services are provided by third parties (delivery companies, parcel locker operators).
- The Buyer first selects Goods, which are placed in the shopping cart. The Buyer may continue selecting other Goods before placing the order.
- The minimum order value is EUR 35 (value of Goods, excluding delivery). Orders with a lower value of Goods cannot be placed.
- When placing the order, the Buyer must choose the delivery method and parcel locker.
- After the order is placed and paid, an order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
- The invoice sent to the Buyer's e-mail or available in the Online Store is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The Company may also prepare delivery documents electronically.
- The Buyer must pay for the Goods and their delivery using one of the payment methods offered in the Online Store.
- Once the Company has received full payment for the Goods and delivery, the Company or the delivery company will deliver the ordered Goods to the parcel locker selected by the Buyer. The terms of the selected delivery company are binding on the Buyer (for example, the time within which Goods must be collected from the parcel locker). The delivery fee and delivery time depend on the selected delivery method.
- An order is deemed placed and becomes binding on the Buyer and the Company once the Company has received payment for the Goods and delivery and has confirmed the order (purchase).
- The Buyer will receive a notification about the delivery by e-mail or phone; other information related to order fulfilment and delivery may also be sent.
- Goods are usually delivered within 3–5 working days of payment. A different delivery time may apply to a particular order, and delays cannot be excluded (especially during periods of high load on delivery companies).
- If the Buyer has entered a payment card valid for online purchases in the Online Store (or in the tool of the electronic payment service provider indicated in the Online Store), the Buyer agrees that the Company may charge the payment for the Goods and delivery to that card. By entering the card details, the Buyer confirms that they are legally entitled to use that means of payment.
4. Delivery of Goods
- A fee may apply for delivery depending on the delivery method and destination. Any delivery fee is shown when ordering (after choosing the delivery method and location).
- Goods are delivered within the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Estonia to Omniva, DPD, Venipak, SmartPosti and Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers (available carriers depend on the country). The Buyer may enquire about delivery to other territories, but the Company may not be able to provide such delivery.
- Goods are delivered only after full payment for the Goods and delivery. Release of the Goods may be withheld if the Company has not received the full purchase price.
- When placing the order, the Buyer must provide accurate and complete information about the delivery location (parcel locker) and their phone number, to which the collection notice will be sent.
- The seller and the delivery company are not liable for non-delivery or delay caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.
- The Buyer cannot change the delivery location after the order has been confirmed.
- Before accepting the Goods, the Buyer must check that the packaging is not damaged (including as a result of transport). If damage to the packaging or other discrepancies are found (e.g. crumpled or wet packaging), the Buyer must inform the delivery service provider and immediately notify the Company, attaching relevant documents and photos showing the product label, the damaged area of the packaging and any damage to the Goods. The Company may not accept liability if the Goods were damaged in transit and the Buyer did not report damaged packaging or other visible signs of damage that could be detected upon receipt and did not duly notify the Company.
- When the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer collects the Goods from an automated parcel locker without remarks, the Goods are deemed delivered in undamaged packaging unless stated otherwise.
- The Buyer must check the quantity, quality, accessories and completeness of the Goods within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery and notify the Company of any discrepancies. If the Buyer fails to do so within this period and does not submit a claim to the Company, the quantity, quality, accessories and completeness of the Goods are deemed to comply with the order (contract). The Buyer must also check immediately upon receipt and inform the Company if the Goods were not delivered with the accessories and instructions the Buyer could reasonably expect.
- If the Company cannot supply the ordered Goods, it may, with the Buyer's consent, supply other Goods of equivalent price; otherwise the Buyer is refunded the amount paid for the undelivered Goods. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract due to unavailability of the Goods, refunding the money received. Notice of such withdrawal is sent to the Buyer's e-mail address.
- The Company may refuse to deliver the Goods (including cancelling the order and issued invoices) if the Buyer has not paid in full for the Goods and/or their delivery.
- The Company may refuse delivery and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract if delivery is impossible or hindered for any external reason, including the delivery address being located in a war zone or high-risk territory, transport, movement, customs or delivery restrictions, a state of emergency, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, or other force majeure circumstances or regulatory provisions.
- If the Buyer does not collect the Goods from the parcel locker within the time set by the delivery company, the Company and the delivery company are not liable for non-receipt, non-collection and/or delayed collection of the Goods. If the Buyer wishes the Goods to be re-delivered, this is provided for an additional fee.
- The Company is not liable for delays and/or inaccuracies of the delivery company chosen by the Buyer and/or related delivery services.
- The Company is not liable for delivery delays if the Company dispatched the Goods on time.
- The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer when the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier) has received the Goods. If the Buyer chooses the delivery company, the risk passes to the Buyer when the Goods are handed over to that delivery company.
5. Other purchase-related provisions
- E-mail correspondence between the parties, information provided by phone and communication via the Company's social media accounts regarding availability, reservation or purchase conditions of Goods is not deemed an agreement of the parties on the purchase, price, etc. Such agreement is deemed reached if the Company has issued an invoice on that basis and the Buyer has paid it.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Online Store, the Company does not accept orders via social networks or similar online communication platforms, and such additional means of online communication (other than the Online Store) do not guarantee that written communication (including its date and time) is stored on a durable medium.
- The Company may refuse delivery and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract without refunding the money received if sanctions have been imposed on the Buyer (by the Republic of Latvia, the United Nations, the European Union or another international organisation of which Latvia is a member), or if delivery to the Buyer would in any way breach such sanctions and restrictions.
- The Buyer and any user of the Online Store must not take actions against system security or that interfere with the IT systems and operation of the Online Store. If violations are detected, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally stop selling Goods or cancel orders.
- Where the Company is obliged under the Terms to refund the amount paid for the Goods and delivery, the Company refunds it using the same payment method the Buyer used, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to another payment method.
- The Buyer confirms that they are a natural or legal person with legal capacity and entitled to purchase Goods in this Online Store.
6. Quality of Goods and commercial guarantee
- The manufacturer of the Goods is indicated on the packaging.
- After receiving the Goods, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining their quality and safety.
- Before using the Goods, the Buyer must read the labelling and/or the information on the packaging and/or the instructions for use, including the indicated age of the child for whom the Goods are intended and any warnings.
- The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Goods are not used by persons who, due to age, physical characteristics or other reasons, may be harmed by the Goods or are restricted from obtaining or using them.
- Statutory liability for conformity of Goods with the contract applies only to Buyers who are consumers (natural persons who wish to purchase, purchase, or could purchase or use Goods for purposes unrelated to their business or profession).
- A consumer may submit a claim to the Company regarding non-conformity of the Goods with the contract within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. The consumer submits the claim within two months from the day the non-conformity was discovered. The delivery date is the day on which the Goods were handed over to the consumer (collected from the parcel locker), unless another date is substantiated.
- A commercial guarantee exists only where it is expressly stated that the Goods have a guarantee with specific terms. A general description of the Goods or general information about the type and properties of the Goods is not deemed commercial guarantee terms.
- When handing over Goods for repair under a commercial guarantee (if provided by the manufacturer) or for repair required to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract, the Buyer must deliver them to the Company independently (unless applicable law or assurances given do not require delivery to the Company); the Goods must be clean and complete.
- If the consumer does not follow any of the manufacturer's instructions, they lose the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal and/or to make claims regarding non-conformity of the Goods with the contract.
- When submitting a claim regarding non-conformity, the consumer attaches a copy of the document proving the transaction.
- Liability for non-conformity does not apply if the damage to the Goods was caused by the consumer's own fault and/or is due to natural wear and tear, and/or the Goods were used for unintended purposes, and/or damaged by external influences, and/or stored improperly or incorrectly, and/or used in business (professional) activities.
7. Right of withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal may be exercised only by Buyers who are consumers (natural persons who wish to purchase, purchase, or could purchase or use Goods or services for purposes unrelated to their business or profession). The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day of receipt of the Goods (or part of the Goods) by notifying the Company.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition (intact labels, protective films, packaging, etc.). When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods if they were used in a manner incompatible with the principle of good faith, including for purposes other than establishing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
- The Goods may be handled to establish their nature and characteristics only to the extent that would be possible in a shop; otherwise the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply where provided by law, including but not limited to where the Goods are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; the consumer has unsealed Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. teethers, pacifiers); the Goods are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; the Goods, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the Company using the online withdrawal form available in the Online Store ("Withdraw from contract") or by sending a completed withdrawal form (or another unequivocal statement) to info@beba.lv, stating the consumer's name, surname, contact details, order number, name of the Goods purchased, purchase price and delivery costs, the consumer's bank account number and a statement of withdrawal from the purchase contract. The consumer must also attach a document proving the purchase.
- The consumer must return the Goods to the Company within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice (if the consumer has received the Goods). The Company may withhold the refund until the consumer has returned the Goods. If the consumer does not comply with this return deadline, the right of withdrawal is lost.
- Returning Goods. Before sending the Goods back, please contact us (info@beba.lv or +371 26117101) and we will tell you which parcel locker to send them to. Goods may also be sent to any Venipak, Omniva, Latvijas Pasts or DPD parcel locker at Rimi Mārupe, recipient: SIA REIFY, phone +371 26117101.
- The withdrawal form is available in the section "Returns and warranty".
- Refunds are made using the same payment method the customer used for the transaction.
- An order can be cancelled within 2 hours after successful payment by writing to info@beba.lv and stating the order number, or by calling +371 26117101.
- Goods should preferably be returned with all (undamaged) packaging. If the consumer does not ensure the condition of the Goods specified in this clause, the right of withdrawal is lost. Goods must be returned by parcel locker shipment to the parcel locker indicated by the Company, and the Buyer (consumer) bears the cost of returning them.
- In case of withdrawal, the Company refunds the amount paid for the Goods subject to withdrawal no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, the Goods and any other necessary information. The Company does not refund delivery costs (or the part thereof) exceeding the cheapest standard delivery method.
8. Dispute resolution
- Please submit complaints about services and purchases electronically to info@beba.lv. Complaints are reviewed within 15 working days of receipt, and the reply is sent to the contact address given in the complaint.
- If the complaint is found unjustified and the Buyer who is a consumer disagrees, the consumer may use the alternative dispute resolution options provided by law by submitting a written application for out-of-court dispute resolution stating: name, surname, contact details; date of submission; the nature of the dispute, the claims and their grounds.
- Information on out-of-court dispute resolution and dispute resolution bodies is available on the website of the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC): www.ptac.gov.lv. The Buyer may also apply to the PTAC Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission.
9. Privacy and data protection
- All personal data of the Buyer entered in the Online Store and/or provided to the Company are processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the General Data Protection Regulation, ensuring adequate protection. The Company does not use or share information provided online by the Buyer without a legal basis.
- Before purchasing, the Buyer must read the information about the Company's processing of personal data (Privacy Policy) available in the Online Store. By using the Online Store, the Buyer confirms having read this information.
- The controller of the Buyer's personal data is the Company. More information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
- If the Buyer fails to comply or improperly complies with the Terms, breaches the law, or has caused loss or damage to the Company or third parties, the Company may refuse delivery, deny access to the Online Store and unilaterally cancel orders (terminating the purchase contracts).
- All intellectual property rights to the Online Store, its content and the Company's trademarks belong exclusively to the Company, its indicated partners or the manufacturers (distributors). Use of the Company's trademarks or other intellectual property in any way and for any purpose without express written permission is prohibited.
- The Company is not responsible for the content of other websites linked to or from the Online Store. Links are provided for convenience only.
- The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Online Store, and there may be interruptions, e.g. due to repair or maintenance. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from use of the Online Store unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- If any provision of the Terms becomes inapplicable, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, this does not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining Terms. If mandatory law grants a Buyer who is a consumer more favourable conditions than these Terms, the parties shall follow the relevant law.
- The Company may amend or supplement these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect immediately and apply to all purchases made after the new version is published in the Online Store.
- The Company may transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms to a third party.
- The Terms and the distance purchase contract are concluded in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and the place of conclusion and performance of the contract is deemed to be the Republic of Latvia. Delivery by delivery companies does not change the governing law of these Terms.
- All disputes between the Buyer and the Company are resolved in accordance with the Terms and the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If a dispute falls within the jurisdiction of a court, it is resolved in a court of the Republic of Latvia.
- These Terms do not limit the Buyer's right to apply to competent state authorities to protect their rights.
- The Company is not liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, military conflicts, hostilities or a national state of emergency, terrorist threats or acts, environmental or climate anomalies, disease control measures, epidemics or pandemics, delays in international supply of goods and components, non-performance by third parties, internet connection disruptions, and failure of computer equipment and software. In such force majeure circumstances the Company will try to remedy any delays as soon as possible.
- By making a purchase or order in the Online Store, the Buyer confirms having read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. The Buyer undertakes to read the current version of the Terms with each purchase. The Buyer may not order Goods in the Online Store without having read or while disagreeing with the Terms.
In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Latvian version prevails.
