Where we deliver
beba.lv is an online-only store – we have no physical shop where products can be viewed or collected. We deliver to parcel lockers in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. If you would like delivery to another country, please write to info@beba.lv.
Delivery methods
You choose the delivery method and parcel locker in the cart before placing your order. An order cannot be placed without choosing a delivery method.

Delivery cost
- Free – for orders over EUR 150.
- EUR 2.50 – delivery to a parcel locker in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia for orders up to EUR 150.
Minimum order
The minimum order value is EUR 35 (value of goods, excluding delivery). Orders below this amount cannot be placed.
Delivery time
We usually deliver orders within 3–5 working days of payment. In rare cases, e.g. when delivery companies are very busy, delivery may be delayed – if this happens, we will contact you.
Please provide an accurate phone number and e-mail – the parcel locker operator will send the notification and pick-up code to them. If the contact details are incorrect, delivery may be delayed.
Receiving your parcel
When collecting your parcel, please check that the packaging is not damaged (torn seal, broken or wet packaging, etc.). If you find damage or another discrepancy, report it immediately to the parcel locker operator and to us at info@beba.lv, attaching photos. Otherwise the goods are deemed delivered properly and undamaged.
Payment
You pay when placing the order by payment card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or other payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payments are processed securely by the payment service provider Stripe; your card details are not passed on to us. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT.
An order can be cancelled within 2 hours after successful payment by writing to info@beba.lv with your order number, or by calling +371 26117101.
