The Smoby Little Green sorter – a pastel basket made of sugar cane bioplastic with 4 blocks and 8 holes.

This bioplastic shape sorter comes from the Little Smoby range made for the youngest – pastel colours and beloved toys in a fresh look. Caring for the environment, the Smoby Green collection is made of plant-based plastic from sugar cane, and the cardboard packaging is 100% recycled. The basket holds 4 blocks in different shapes and colours, which toddlers post through 8 different holes. It develops motor and sensory skills and hand-eye coordination. A handy handle lets toddlers carry the basket themselves and tidy blocks after play. About 19 cm tall. From 12 months.

What your child develops

• Hand-eye coordination. Hitting the hole.
• Shape recognition. Finding the right hole.
• Senses. Colours and textures.
• Tidiness. Packing blocks away.

How to play

Give your toddler one block and show only two holes – easier to start with.

Play “shopping”: your toddler carries the basket around and “buys” blocks from the shelves.
