The Tooky Toy button mosaic – place 16 colourful wooden buttons into holes following a picture board and reveal the image.

This wooden button mosaic is a unique toy combining creative fun with key developmental benefits. Arranging colourful buttons on boards is excellent for fine motor skills – the foundation for writing and drawing later. It demands precision and focus, training hand and finger dexterity. Varied pictures and bright colours also support cognitive development by teaching shapes and colours. Your child places a picture board on the base and fits buttons into the matching holes. Includes a wooden holed base, 16 coloured buttons and 6 wooden picture boards. From 3 years.

What your child develops

• Fine motor skills. Placing buttons.
• Hand-eye coordination. Hitting the hole.
• Colours and shapes. Matching colours.
• Language. Naming colours.

How to play

Name each button's colour as it goes in – “red eye, green leaf”.

Without a board, make your own pattern – like a smiley face.
