The Tooky Toy 5-in-1 cube – swap the top for a whole new game: hammer, carrots or clock!

This multifunctional wooden cube turns the playroom into a discovery centre. It has 27 pieces, including sweet carrots, colourful fruit and blocks with happy animal faces. The base cube has a bead maze, moving gears and a sorter, and the top can be swapped for a ball pounder with hammer, a carrot sorter or a learning clock. The set includes 4 colourful wooden balls, a toddler-sized hammer, 5 carrots with felt leaves, 4 animal sorter blocks and 5 colourful fruit discs. Smoothly sanded edges and non-toxic paints. From 18 months.

What your child develops

• Precision. Aiming the hammer.
• Shape recognition. The sorter.
• Understanding time. A first clock.
• Fine motor skills. Maze and gears.

How to play

Pound all four balls through in turn and name their colours.

“Plant” the carrots in a row and then “harvest” them – how many grew?
