Viga's first puzzle – four colourful pieces and the butterfly is ready to fly!

This baby's first wooden puzzle is a great choice for play at home and at preschool. It has four pieces that together make a butterfly. The wooden base has a recessed outline matching the colourful pieces, so it's easier for little ones to find the right spot. With all pieces in place, the child sees the whole butterfly. The puzzle is part of a series to collect. It has no sharp edges, is made of quality materials safe for children and the environment and is painted with non-toxic paints. It builds imagination, hand-eye coordination, shape recognition, hand skills and logical thinking. From 18 months.

What your child develops

• Shape recognition. The right spot.
• Hand-eye coordination. Placing a piece.
• Logical thinking. How does it fit?
• Imagination. The butterfly flies.

How to play

Take out one piece and ask your toddler what the butterfly is missing.
