The Viga wooden balance board maze combines movement with a skill game: standing on the board, children use their body weight to steer balls through the maze.

This balance board for kids is a great way to build motor skills. The child's task is to keep their balance on the board and tilt it to guide each coloured ball to its spot. The set includes the board and 4 coloured balls. The board is made of durable, eco-friendly material and finished with child-safe paint. The blue board measures about 45 × 30 × 5 cm. Children who love to move will enjoy it.

What your child develops

• Motor coordination. Legs, body and eyes work together.
• Balance. Stay steady on a moving board.
• Dexterity. Steer the ball precisely to its target.

How to play

At first let your child hold your hand and guide one ball. Once that works, try without support.

Time how quickly all four balls reach their spots.
