The colourful Viga animal clinic in a case lets children become vets and look after their four-legged patients.

This wooden animal clinic includes four figures – a doctor, a nurse, a cat and a dog – plus a bed, drip stand, monitor, stethoscope, thermometer, medicines and toys for the animals. The building has handy handles so kids can take it anywhere, and a metal latch keeps the figures from getting lost. Everything is made of beech wood painted with non-toxic paints in soft colours.

What your child develops

• Hand-eye coordination. Moving the figures.
• Dexterity. Small accessories.
• Imagination. Clinic stories.
• Empathy. Caring for animals.

How to play

Play a cat coming to the clinic with a sore paw, and the doctor and nurse helping it.

After play pack everything into the clinic, close it and take it along.
