With the Woopie Art&Fun kit, your child makes four forest animal masks from felt. The pieces are self-adhesive, so no glue or scissors are needed, and the masks are ready to play with straight away.

This felt masks kit for kids has 14 elements: 4 mask bases, 5 sheets with 75 felt pieces in five colours, and 4 strings. The pieces come off the sheets easily – just peel the backing paper and press each piece onto the mask. The back of the box shows examples, but pieces can be combined freely. The strings are adjustable, so the mask fits your child's head. The kit is designed for children from 3 years, girls and boys alike.

What your child develops

• Fine motor skills. Separating and placing small pieces precisely trains the fingers.
• Creativity. Your child decides what each animal looks like and how to arrange the pieces.
• Imagination and role play. Wearing a finished mask, your child steps into an animal's role.
• Playing together. Four masks mean friends or family can join in.

How to play

Lay out the mask bases and sheets on the table and decide who will make which animal. Press out the pieces, peel off the backing and stick them on the mask. When the masks are done, attach the strings and adjust them to fit.

Then the real fun starts: a forest party, a puppet-style show or a story where every animal speaks in its own voice. The kit suits birthdays, carnival time or a rainy afternoon with friends.

Why felt

Felt is soft, light and pleasant to touch, so the mask is comfortable to wear. The self-adhesive pieces need no cutting or gluing, so there is nothing to clean up afterwards.
