Woopie Baby Pop-Up Dinosaurs is an interactive toy: press a button, flip a switch or turn a knob – and a little dinosaur pops out of hiding.

This cause and effect toy combines learning and fun for the youngest explorers. Each dinosaur hides behind its own mechanism – a switch, knob or button – so toddlers work out how to open it. The whole toy is shaped like a cheerful dinosaur, and a spinning eye that rattles adds another surprise. It is well made, stable and durable, standing up to even the most active toddler. Size about 21 × 18 cm.

What your child develops

• Motor skills. Buttons, switches and knobs are worked with fingers.
• Cause and effect. An action makes the dinosaur pop up.
• Senses. Touch and the rattling sound hold attention.
• Cognitive development. Toddlers remember how to open each hideout.

How to play

Show how to press one button and celebrate when the dinosaur pops up. Then let your toddler find the other mechanisms.

Push the dinosaurs back down and count them – one, two, three.
