The Woopie toy cash register with a store shelf – a real little shop opens in the playroom, with a scanner, card and money.

This toy cash register lets your child step into the role of both shopkeeper and customer. It has a real calculator and an opening cash drawer, while the product scanner and sound effects feel just like a real store. The set also includes a card reader with a payment card, a store shelf for displaying goods, a set of groceries and play money – notes and coins. The shelf makes it easy to lay out the goods and tidy everything in one place afterwards. While playing, your child counts, adds up and learns how shopping works. From 3 years.

What your child develops

• Maths skills. Counting money and goods.
• Social skills. Shopkeeper and customer chat.
• Hand-eye coordination. Scanning products.
• Independence. Tidying the shelf.

How to play

Stick price tags on the goods and let your child total the purchase on the calculator.

Swap roles: one time your child is the shopkeeper, the next a customer paying by card.
