Woopie classic dominoes is the world-famous logic game for the whole family. 28 sturdy tiles store in a practical metal tin.

These classic dominoes make a fun, educational game that brings the family together. The set has 28 durable plastic tiles, each 4 × 2 × 1 cm, packed in a metal tin that is easy to store and carry. The rules are simple, so the game is quick to learn, and its many variations stop it getting boring. Dominoes suit home, school and travel. The manufacturer recommends it for children aged 6 and up, and it is great for adults too.

What your child develops

• Logical thinking. Players choose which tile keeps the chain going.
• Counting. Comparing and adding up dots is maths practice.
• Observation and focus. Players track which tiles are already down.
• Patience. Waiting your turn and thinking ahead.
• Social skills. The game teaches cooperation and fair play.

How to play

Classic version: each player gets tiles and takes turns adding one to the end of the line where the dots match. The first to play all their tiles wins.

Younger children can use the tiles for counting dots or build a ‘domino effect’ – stand them in a row and tip the first one.

A great gift

Dominoes are a small but long-lasting gift for a schoolchild or the whole family – something to bring when visiting, a Christmas stocking filler or a travel game.
