The Woopie fire rescue plane carries 3 fire trucks and 7 road signs – with sounds and flashing lights.

This toy plane with fire trucks takes your child on a rescue mission. The roomy fuselage holds three red trucks – a ladder truck, an armoured vehicle and a small city fire engine – plus road signs. Four buttons on the plane trigger different rescue signals and flashing LED lights. The doors open and the ramp lowers so the trucks can drive out. Runs on 3 AA batteries (not included). Suitable for girls and boys from 3 years.

What your child develops

• Imagination and creativity. Inventing rescue missions.
• Motor coordination. Driving the trucks in and out.
• Understanding emergency services. Learning what firefighters do.
• Manual dexterity. Opening doors and the ramp.
• Responsibility and empathy. Helping those in need.

How to play

Lay the road signs on the floor, lower the ramp and act out a call-out: the plane delivers the trucks and they race to the fire.

It is a good moment to talk about when and how to call 112 and how firefighters help people.
