The Woopie interactive dog walks, wags its tail, opens its mouth and barks – with a bone and collar included.

This interactive plush dog from the Woopie Mini Plush Pet series is a great playmate for children who love animals and dream of their own dog. The pup has soft, cuddly fur. Switched on, it walks across the floor on its own, wags its tail, opens its mouth and barks realistically. A bone and a removable collar are included for feeding, walking and training games. The dog comes in a doghouse-shaped package that can also be used in play. One dog per set – a bichon or a golden retriever. Needs 2 AA batteries (not included). From 3 years.

What your child develops

• Cause and effect. Switching on and watching.
• Responsibility. Feeding and walking.
• Fine motor skills. Switching, holding, feeding.
• Imagination. Inventing stories and roles.

How to play

Your child can be a vet, trainer or owner – the pup needs feeding, a walk and bedtime in its house.

Mark out a track on the floor and see whose dog walks furthest – hold a dog race.
