The Woopie kinetic sand dessert set lets children make ice cream cones, cupcakes and muffins from super soft, stretchy sand.

This kinetic sand dessert set contains 600 g of purple and blue sand that is non-toxic, never dries out and is easy to shape. Play stays clean, and the stretchy texture makes moulding easy. Included are cups and bowls for ice cream desserts, cupcake cases, a special scoop for ice cream balls and safe modelling tools – a knife and fork – so little bakers can finish their sand creations precisely. The set has more than 10 pieces.

What your child develops

• Imagination and creativity. Your child invents their own desserts.
• Sense of touch. The soft sand feels lovely.
• Fine motor skills. Cutting and shaping train the hands.
• Social skills. Role-playing a café means serving guests.

How to play

Scoop sand ice cream balls into the cups and decorate them with the knife and fork. Then open your own café.

Mix the purple and blue sand and see what colours appear.
