The Woopie little handyman toolbox is a real workshop in a box: 39 pieces, an electric screwdriver and safety goggles.

This kids tool set has a working electric screwdriver with reverse and interchangeable bits, including jigsaw and drill bits, so children can copy grown-ups and build their skills. Also included are screws and caps, safety goggles and a mask, plates and connectors, a mini workbench and other tools – a wrench, tape measure and pliers. Everything is stored in a toolbox for easy storage and carrying. The screwdriver needs 2 AA batteries, not included.

What your child develops

• Manual skills. Driving screws in and out.
• Creativity. Children build their own structures.
• Imagination. Role play in the workshop.
• Hand-eye coordination. The bit has to meet the screw.

How to play

Put on the goggles, set up the mini workbench and screw plates together.

Use the tape measure on furniture and note what “needs fixing”.
