Woopie MagPad elephant – a compact magnetic board with 84 colourful beads and 12 pattern cards.

This magnetic bead board is a smaller, lighter MagPad with a cute elephant, easy to take on the go. With the magnetic pen, your child picks up a coloured bead, carries it to the right spot and lets go – slowly a pattern or mosaic appears. Included are 84 colourful beads and 12 double-sided cards with ready patterns, but kids can just as well create their own. Beads are durable, and play is simple and intuitive with no extra tools. It trains finger precision, focus and imagination – a great Montessori-style activity at home and on trips. Size about 25 cm. From 3 years.

What your child develops

• Motor skills. Moving beads precisely.
• Creativity. Own patterns.
• Imagination. Inventing pictures.
• Concentration. Finishing a mosaic.

How to play

Pick a card and build the pattern, then try it again without looking – from memory.

On the road, make a rainbow: each row a different bead colour.
