The Woopie space rocket target is a safe throwing game for young space explorers. Velcro balls stick to the target, and you can keep score.

This velcro dartboard for kids is colourful, shaped like a space rocket and catches children's attention. The target has scoring zones, so you can hold competitions. Three velcro balls, each about 3.5 cm across, stick easily to the surface. The target measures about 44.5 × 31 cm and comes with a hook for hanging. It is light and suits play at home or outdoors. Designed for children aged 3 and up, girls and boys alike.

What your child develops

• Hand-eye coordination. Children learn to throw where they look.
• Accuracy. Higher scores sit in the centre of the target.
• Concentration. Aiming before each throw takes focus.
• Fair play. Competitions teach scorekeeping and following rules.

How to play

Hang the target at your child's eye level and mark a throwing line. Everyone takes turns throwing three balls and adding up the score. Little ones can stand closer.

Invent a space mission too: every zone hit is a planet the rocket flies to.
