The Woopie inflatable giraffe is a fun bouncing buddy for energetic children: yellow with dark spots, with stable legs and comfy handles. Pump included.

This inflatable bouncy giraffe is a toy and a way to build physical skills. The manufacturer states it is made of high-quality, non-toxic, durable PVC, holds up to 45 kg and should be inflated to 0.3–0.4 bar. Wide, stable legs help with balance and reduce the risk of tipping, and the giraffe's ‘horns’ make comfortable handles. Inflated, it measures 55 × 51 × 27 cm. Use it at home, in the garden or on the playground. Designed for children aged 3 and up.

What your child develops

• Gross motor skills. Bouncing works the legs and whole body.
• Balance. Staying on and moving forward takes balance.
• Coordination. Jumps have to be timed with the hands.
• Confidence. Every hop forward is a small achievement.
• Physical activity. Great exercise on rainy days too.

How to play

Inflate the giraffe with the pump to the recommended pressure, sit your child on it and show how to hold the ‘horns’ and hop forward.

With several children, hold bouncing races to a finish line. Use on a flat surface with no sharp objects.
