The Tooky Toy wooden birthday cake brings party magic to the playroom: slice it, serve it and decorate it with candles again and again.

This wooden play birthday cake lets toddlers feel like real pastry chefs. Six slices join with durable velcro, and cutting them makes a satisfying sound that invites more slicing. The cake has 5 colourful candles and numbers 1 to 5 to show the birthday child's age, plus a wooden cake server for handing out slices. It sits on a cake stand, and a birthday card is included. The chocolate and pastel design looks lovely as room decoration too. It is made of durable wood with non-toxic paint and smooth edges.

What your child develops

• Fine motor skills. Slicing and placing candles train fingers.
• Social skills. The cake is shared with every guest.
• Logical thinking. Slices go back together into a whole cake.
• Creativity. Every day can be a new celebration.

How to play

Throw a birthday party for a doll: pick a number, add candles, sing a song and slice the cake for all the guests.

Count the slices and ask how many are needed so every guest gets one.
