The Woopie two-storey villa – 458 pieces become a house with a balcony, terrace and garden!

This mini brick villa kit lets your child build an impressive two-storey house with a garden. It has 458 pieces – mini bricks, roof sections and tiles, windows, doors, fences, a balcony with balustrade and building accessories. Pieces are joined with the included compound: mix 2 tablespoons of powder with 1 of water, spread with the trowel and lay bricks layer by layer. The bricks are reusable and the mortar washes off. A garden picture on the base completes the scene. The finished model measures about 25 × 23 × 16.5 cm. From 3 years.

What your child develops

• Spatial thinking. Two floors and a roof.
• Precision. Brick by brick.
• Patience. A big project.
• Hand-eye coordination. Spreading mortar.

How to play

First draw the villa you want, then build it to your own plan.

When it's finished, take a photo – then take it apart and build a different one.
