This classic villa building kit lets children become little builders. It has 352 pieces for creating an impressive two-storey villa with balconies, columns, windows and a decorative fence. Included are miniature building pieces, windows, balustrades, columns, roof parts and fences. It's easy to use: mix 2 tablespoons of powder with 1 of water, spread the mortar with a trowel and lay the bricks layer by layer. The bricks are reusable and the mortar washes off. The finished building measures about 58 × 38 × 30 cm. From 3 years.
