The Woopie musical mat combines a piano and electronic drums on one colourful animal-themed mat. Play with feet, hands or drumsticks.

This musical play mat for kids offers lots of creative and active fun. It measures 80 × 50 cm, has cheerful animal illustrations and combines piano keys with an electronic drum kit. The control panel has volume control and different music modes. Two yellow drumsticks are included. The mat invites children to discover sounds and rhythm and to dance to their own tunes. Designed for children aged 3 and up, girls and boys alike.

What your child develops

• Musical hearing. Your child hears how each key sounds different.
• Sense of rhythm. Drumming with sticks trains rhythm.
• Hand-eye coordination. Each key or drum has to be hit exactly.
• Movement. Playing with feet and dancing make it active play.
• Creativity. Children compose their own tunes.

How to play

Lay the mat on the floor and let your child try the keys with their feet – every step is a note. Then pick up the sticks and drum a simple rhythm together.

Play ‘copy me’: one person plays three notes and the other repeats them. At bedtime, fold the mat and put it away.

A great gift

The musical mat is a good gift for children aged 3 and up who love music and moving – for a birthday or Christmas.
